Through the process of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and
meditation, yoga brings balance to the body and mind of the student. When
guided by Maria through a yoga practice that is informed by the disciplines
of Pilates and Thai Massage, the student gains both awareness and
confidence.
All students, whether young or old, athletic or not, can derive significant
benefits from the on-going practice of yoga.
